Annual subscriptions are available under the Bedford Leisure Card Scheme, allowing you to play golf as often as you like.

All golf card memberships are for a 12 month contract and can be paid up front for the full year or by monthly direct debit.

All the golf cards are for use of the golf course and does not include free usage of the driving range or lessons. The golf card will entitle the holders to Leisure Card discounts at all other DSD Leisure facilities and selected shops & restaurants in Bedford.

TYPES OF CARDS

7 Day Adult

This card is for those 18 years old and over wishing to play golf any day of the week, including weekends and bank holidays. There is no charge for green fees and you are able to book up to 8 days in advance.

7 Day Junior

The junior card is available for those under 18 years old, and like the adult card allows the cardholder to play 7 days a week.

5 Day Adult

This is for those who are 18 years and over wishing to play Monday-Fridays. This does not include free usage at the weekends or on Bank Holidays, however, your card will entitle you to the Leisure Card discount.

5 Day Concession

To be eligible to apply for a 5 Day Concession Card you must be able to prove that you fall within one of our specified concession categories. Like the adult card you are able to you the golf course free of charge to play Monday-Fridays. This does not include free usage at the weekends or on Bank Holidays, however, your card will entitle you to the Leisure Card discount.

HOW TO APPLY

Please return:

1. A completed application form (please call 01234 350300 or print of the on-line form)

2. Two passport sized photographs

3. Relevant payment or completed Direct debit mandate (please call 01234 350300 or print of the on-line form)

4. Copies of concession documents (if applicable)

5. The appropriate signed Terms & Conditions  (please call 01234 350300 or print of the on-line form). If you are making a single payment you will need the Annual Payment Terms & Conditions. If you are paying by direct debit you will need the Direct Debit Payment Terms & Conditions.
6. If you are applying to pay by direct debit you will be required to enclose your first month’s membership fee (cheques payable to Bedford Borough Council).

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Documentation of eligibility must be produced at time of application and upon renewal

2. Lost, stolen or damaged cards must be immediately notified to the Leisure Card Office. There is a charge of £3.00 for a replacement card

3. Discount are available for cardholder only and the card is not transferable

4. Cards must be presented upon each visit and booking

5. No refunds will be made

6. Any change of address or name must be notified to the Leisure Card Office as soon as possible
